Audaxic Memory is a managed memory layer for AI agents. The Service provides storage, retrieval, and management of memories through a REST API.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you store in the Service. We do not use your data to train models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In short: your data is isolated per organization, never used to train models, and purged within 30 days of account deletion.
Audaxic Memory provides a mem0-like API inspired by the Mem0 project by Mem0 Labs.
